Biomecanics girls' barefoot ankle boots in leather, with a wide, reinforced toe box: the toes sit loose in there and the reinforcement takes the rubbing from the ground.

Zero drop, so the foot rests level from heel to toe, and the structure stays at just what is needed to protect without taking sensitivity away; the Official College of Podiatrists recognises this with its Podologic seal. The sole, lightweight and flexible, goes with that landing and its non-slip pattern cuts slipping on smooth floors. FOAMtech wraps the heel from the outside and keeps lateral rocking in check, with no rigid heel counter. The adjustable fastening sets the instep to the size of each foot, and the lining and insole, in breathable On Steam textile, draw the vapour out with the foot inside: the insole is removable, airs separately and measures how much room is left before the next size.
