These Biomecanics trainers in textile are barefoot and carry the Podologic seal from the Official College of Podiatrists: zero drop, so the foot sits level from heel to toe, and the wide toe box lets the toes spread instead of bunching up.

FOAMtech goes with the heel from the outside, rather than a rigid internal heel counter, and holds without taking movement away; the sole is lightweight and its flexibility lets it bend where the foot bends, with the non-slip tread giving grip without asking for stiffness in exchange. The On Steam textile of the lining and the insole is breathable and draws the vapour out with the shoe on, and the insole, removable, comes out to air the inside and to see how much room the foot has to the edge. The adjustable fastening can be set with one hand and leaves the instep drawn in without pressing.
