Biomecanics ankle boots with a FLEXI-LITE sole and a leather upper: FLEXI-LITE settles the weight of the whole shoe — lightweight and flexible, it bends at the front, at the toes, where the foot bends when walking — and its non-slip pattern bites into the ground when braking.

Above, the shaft wraps the ankle and leaves it its full travel, and the reinforced toe cap takes the rubbing from kerbs and from footballs. The lining is textile and the insole is On Steam textile: breathable, it draws the vapour out with the boot on and the inside stays dry. That insole is removable; outside the boot it airs and works as a measure for knowing when the foot has gained a size. The adjustable fastening can be handled without help, which is what lets them put the boots on by themselves.
