Biomecanics barefoot ankle boots with a textile upper, lightweight and breathable, and the Podologic seal from the Official College of Podiatrists: zero drop, so the foot sits flat from heel to toe, and the toes get a wide, protective toe box to take the knocks against edges.

The flexible sole bends at the toes, where the foot flexes as it pushes off, and its non-slip tread grips without putting a rigid platform between the foot and the ground. FOAMtech wraps the heel with very little weight, so the shaft goes with the ankle without taking its turn away. The insole, in On Steam textile and removable, draws the vapour out with the boot on; outside, it airs and shows the room left at the front. The adjustable fastening allows the fit to vary through the day.
